About the Role
We are seeking a dynamic HR Business Partner to join our client and play a key role in driving people strategies within our fast-paced manufacturing environment. As a trusted advisor to leadership, you will provide expert guidance on all aspects of HR, including employee relations, workforce planning, performance management, and engagement initiatives.
Key Responsibilities
- Partner with managers to deliver HR strategies that align with business objectives.
- Provide expert advice on employee relations, performance management, and workplace policies.
- Support talent acquisition and retention efforts to ensure a skilled and engaged workforce.
- Lead initiatives to enhance employee engagement, culture, and development.
- Drive HR process improvements and ensure compliance with employment laws and regulations.
- Collaborate with stakeholders on workforce planning, succession planning, and change management.
About You
- A degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field
- Proven experience as an HR Business Partner, preferably in a manufacturing or industrial environment.
- Strong knowledge of employment laws, industrial relations, and HR best practices.
- Excellent interpersonal and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence and build strong relationships.
- A strategic mindset with the ability to balance operational HR support with long-term people strategies.
- Experience in workforce planning, employee engagement, and performance management
