- Act as a strategic partner to business leaders, providing HR guidance and support to achieve business objectives.
- Collaborate with the HR team to implement and drive HR initiatives that align with organisational goals.
- Partner with managers to address employee relations issues, ensuring a positive and inclusive work environment.
- Provide coaching and support to employees and managers on performance management and employee development.
- Contribute to the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures.
- Support organisational growth by identifying talent gaps and assisting in workforce planning.
- Ensure compliance with all relevant employment laws and regulations.
Skills and Experience:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field.
- Proven experience as an HR Generalist, preferably in a growing and dynamic environment.
- Strong knowledge of HR best practices, employment laws, and regulations.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
