HR Partners by Randstad is excited to be partnering with an ASX listed company based in South West Sydney for a newly created HRBP role leading the Australian HR function. This role will be 5 days onsite with flexibility as the Australian HR lead, and seen as a trusted advisor and business partner providing both strategic, operational and advisory support to leaders and employees regarding the entire full employment life cycle in the organisation.
The role will report into a Group Head of People and Culture at the outset and dotted line into the General Manager and primary responsibilities include but not limited to:
Providing leaders best practice and sound HR and legal advice and guidance regarding people matters.
Partnering with leaders through HR process and policies.
Internal stakeholder relations, management and coaching on all HR matters especially Employee Relations i.e., case management, grievance handling, investigations, performance matters and PIPs, etc.
Partnering with internal stakeholders at management and leadership level to successfully deliver people and performance strategies.
Leading, participating and delivering HR projects.
To be successful in this position, you will be:
A true HR generalist with 3-5 years of mid to senior HR generalist experience at a HR Advisor and/or HR business partnering level
Tertiary and/or higher education qualification (certificate/diploma minimum) in HR or related field
Strong HR knowledge, skills and experience especially in Australian HR best practice, legislation, Industrial instruments and frameworks
