We are partnering with a leading financial services organisation that is seeking a collaborative HR Business Partner to join their Sydney team.
As a true generalist, you’ll be responsible for supporting the cyclical processes, day to day employee support and employee relations. You’ll be joining a dedicated, down-to-earth team that offers the resources and support needed for your success.
This is a 12-month fixed-term contract with a view to convert to permanent employment.
Your core responsibilities will include:
- Develop and maintain strong partnerships with stakeholders
- Provide advice and coaching to managers particularly around employee relations matters
- Assist with the annual performance review process and remuneration process
- Ensure HR policies, procedures, and practices align with local employment law
- Participate in company-wide People projects as needed.
Key Requirements:
- Relevant tertiary qualifications, such as HR, Psychology, or a related discipline.
- 4+ years of relevant HR experience.
- Experience within the Finance industry is advantageous.
- Excellent team player with the ability to work autonomously
