In this highly-visible commercial appointment, you will be responsible for developing and delivering a strategic and value-adding HR service across a professional client group. Operating against key people and broader commercial objectives, you will play a lead role in developing robust people solutions, in an environment which is constantly evolving.
In conjunction with a team of HR Professionals your responsibilities will include:
- Developing and delivering a strategic and value-adding HR service across a professional and dynamic client group
- Assist in the development and implementation of best practice HRM focussing on performance management and engagement, remuneration and benefits, workforce planning recruitment and selection and employee engagement.
- Ensure teams are enabled to support the business in cyclical HR activities and drive initiatives and insights for continuous improvement in HR centres of excellence as well as the HRBP and services team.
- Coach and support business leaders around onboarding, performance management, employee relations and WH&S
- Support the HR services team in the compilation and reporting of accurate HR systems, reporting and processes.
To succeed in this role, you will have experience operating at the senior business partnering level drawn from a medium to large corporate environment. Your relevant tertiary qualifications coupled with your ability to understand business imperatives and coach stakeholders towards meeting these objectives will be key to your success. Experience drawn from a financial or professional services environment will be highly regarded.
