HR Advisor – 6-Month Fixed-Term Contract (Immediate Start)
We are seeking a proactive and experienced HR Advisor to join our client's team on a 6-month fixed-term contract, starting immediately. This is an exciting opportunity for an HR professional to make an impact in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide expert advice and support on HR policies, procedures, and best practices.
- Manage end-to-end employee lifecycle processes, including onboarding, performance management, and offboarding.
- Assist with employee relations matters, including investigations, grievances, and performance issues.
- Support recruitment activities, including job postings, interviews, and onboarding coordination.
- Contribute to HR projects and initiatives related to employee engagement, diversity & inclusion, and process improvements.
- Ensure compliance with employment legislation and company policies.
About You:
- Proven experience as an HR Advisor or similar role.
- Strong knowledge of employment laws and HR best practices.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with stakeholders.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Experience handling employee relations cases is highly desirable.
- Available to start immediately and commit to a 6-month contract.
