📍 Location: Melbourne CBD (Hybrid)
💼 Contract Length: 6 months, with potential for extension
💰 Hourly Rate: Up to $65 per hour + super

About the Role:
As an HR Advisor/Generalist, you’ll play a pivotal role in delivering high-quality HR support across a range of functions, including recruitment, employee relations, policy interpretation, and workforce planning. This is a fantastic chance to collaborate with a dynamic and supportive team while contributing to projects within the public sector.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide expert advice on HR policies and procedures.
• Manage end-to-end recruitment processes, ensuring compliance with VPS standards.
• Support managers with performance management, employee relations, and workforce planning.
• Assist in the implementation of HR projects and initiatives.
• Contribute to process improvements and ensure compliance with public sector standards.

About You:

• Strong HR generalist experience, including recruitment, ideally within government or large organisations.
• Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Knowledge of VPS frameworks and employment legislation is advantageous.
