Join our Professional Services client in the heart of Sydney's CBD as a HR Advisor on a 3-month contract with the possibility of extension.
As an HR Advisor, you'll play a key role in supporting the full employee life cycle and be involved in a range of HR activities from employee relations and performance management.
Main Responsibilities:
... Provide guidance and support to managers across HR policies and procedures
Build and maintain strong working relationships with your client group and across the wider organisation
Understand key business objectives and effectively align with broader HR strategy and vision
Partner with senior stakeholders and the broader HR team to roll out a number of people focused initiatives
Key Requirements:
Experience within a similar role and professional environment
Outstanding relationship building and influencing skills
Experience of partnering with senior stakeholders
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
