Our client, currently undergoing recent growth, is looking for a driven, meticulous, and proactive HR Administrator to become part of their energetic and cohesive team. This role will play a vital part in supporting HR operations throughout the employee lifecycle.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide administrative support for HR functions including recruitment, employee onboarding, policy clarification, engagement activities, and professional development.
- Update and manage HR documents across multiple platforms.
- Facilitate and coordinate pre-employment and new hire integration processes.
- Supervise and track employees during their probationary periods, ensuring timely reviews.
- Help with gathering payroll information.
- Have 1-2 years of strong admin experience (preferably in HR).
- Have a tertiary qualificiation in HR, Business, or related field.
- Be proactive, engaging, and hardworking.
- Be a strong communicator, with the ability to build strong relationships.
- Permanent residents or Australian citizens only.
