This is a rewarding role for those who want to make a real difference in the lives of older people and individuals with disabilities.

What We’re Looking For

✅ Australian working rights (no sponsorship or international applicants)
✅ Available at least 3 days per week
✅ Own car with full comprehensive insurance
✅ NDIS Worker Screening Check
✅ Completed NDIS Orientation Module
✅ Certificate III or IV in Individual Support / Aged Care
✅ First Aid & CPR certification
✅ Strong communication skills and a caring, client-focused attitude

Role Responsibilities

• Providing personal care, domestic assistance, and companionship

• Supporting clients with mobility and transportation

• Assisting with meal preparation and medication reminders

• Promoting independence and individualised care
