Key responsibilities in your new role:

• Diagnose, service, and repair trucks & trailers. (Volvo & Isuzu experience desirable)
• Use computerised systems, hand & power tools.
• Perform scheduled maintenance and inspections.
• Troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic systems.
• Work safely & efficiently to minimise downtime and keep the fleet running smoothly.
• Maintain a clean and safe workshop environment.

What you will need to succeed:
Along with proven local experience on heavy vehicles or heavy plant equipment

• Australian trade qualification as a Heavy Vehicle Mechanic
• Experience working with trucks and trailers (preferred)
• Strong mechanical, communication and diagnostic skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• A commitment to understand & demonstrate workplace safety and high-quality work.
• HR Licence. (advantageous but not essential)
• Able to pass a pre employment medical & drug/alcohol screen.
