About the role:
-Support site teams with hands-on safety improvements
-Lead and guide incident investigations (ICAM competency required)
-Coach and mentor crews on best safety practices
-Conduct risk assessments and quality reviews
-Drive a strong learning culture from safety events and industry best practices
-Ensure accurate reporting and compliance with HSE governance
About you:
-5 years of Health & Safety experience (civil construction/industrial preferred)
- Strong communication & leadership skills, able to influence at all levels
- A passion for safety and a continuous improvement mindset
- Valid unrestricted driver’s licence
- Formal qualifications in HSE or Risk Management (preferred, but character and attitude matters most)
