About the Role:
- Provide strategic leadership across claims settlements with a roburt budget and a team with our extented FTE team.
- Drive operational performance: track key metrics, improve process efficiency, and lead risk mitigation.
- Collaborate with stakeholders in finance, legal, and ops to foster an environment of efficiency and compliance.
- Implement cutting-edge automation and decision-engine technology.
What You’ll Need:
- 7+ years in insurance leadership, ideally in motor (or insurance) claims/settlements management.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a flair for data-driven improvements.
- Ability to inspire and develop a high-performing team while driving results.
- Must be Australian resident to apply
