We're seeking a seasoned leader to oversee a roburst recoveries portfolio, delivering impactful claims recovery strategies and shaping the future of our operations.
💼 About the Role:
- Lead and inspire a team, including managers and technical motor claims consultants, in the Third-Party Recoveries division
- Strategise and implement recovery processes, minimizing claims leakage and boosting efficiency across our motor claims portfolio
- Analyse claims data, identify trends, and spearhead innovations to optimise outcomes
- Ensure compliance with industry regulations and collaborate closely with finance, legal, and operational teams
🌟 Qualifications:
- 7+ years in insurance leadership, with deep expertise in motor claims recoveries is preferred but not required
- Strong analytical and decision-making abilities, especially in claims management and risk mitigation
- Proven success in building and guiding high-performance teams, with exceptional skills in stakeholder engagement and influencing
- Expertise in data-driven decision-making and leveraging technology to improve operational performance
- Stellar communication and interpersonal skills for managing cross-functional collaborations and complex negotiations
- Okay to travel to office locations
- Must be an Australian Resident
