About the Role:

• Head of Learning Enrichment (K-12)
• Full time | Permanent | Term 2 Start
• Leadership allowance of $9,500 p.a

• Plan and monitor a diverse and flexible curriculum that is underpinned by national and state curriculum directives and supported by creative, responsive approaches to teaching and learning together with an effective learning environment that aims to optimise student learning for a range of learners – including those who benefit from both remediation and extension.
• Provide leadership of teaching staff across K-12 with particular responsibility for compliance with disability legislation and implementation of the Disability Standards for Education 2005, leading the implementation of the NCCD process.
• Enhance an effective culture of professional learning in the area of teaching and learning that is in alignment with the College’s teaching and learning framework and goals.

Skills & Experience:

• Relevant teaching qualifications and experience (minimum: Education Diploma or Education Degree in relevant curriculum areas)

• QCT registration or ability to obtain prior to commencement
• Experience in both Junior and Senior Mathematics and Science required

• Australian Citizen or Resident with valid work rights
• Provide a minimum of two professional references (Principal and HOD/supervisor)
