Our client, a Civil construction company, is currently looking for an experienced HC Truck Driver with Dogging experience, and experience working in the Civil space, to join their team in Newton. Key Responsibilities:
- Safely operate HC vehicles, including tipper and quad dog configurations, in various construction environments.
- Transport materials and equipment to and from construction sites while adhering to all safety and compliance regulations.
- Manoeuvre vehicles around services and obstacles in tight construction spaces with precision.
- Perform pre-operational checks and routine maintenance on vehicles to ensure optimal performance and safety.
- Work with site teams to ensure timely and efficient delivery and pickup of materials.
Key Duties:
- Work 10-12 hour days, ensuring flexibility and commitment to project needs.
- Participate in safety initiatives, including pre-starts, toolbox meetings, and incident reporting.
Essential Requirements:
- Current HC Driver’s License
- Experience working in the Civil construction environment
- Construction Industry White Card.
- Minimum 2 years Truck and Dog experience
- High attention to detail and a strong commitment to compliance and safety.

- Excellent manoeuvring skills in tight and challenging construction environments.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Commitment to high standards of safety and operational excellence.
