About you:

- Prior experience within banking or contact centre desirable
Tasks include:
- Inbound/Outbound calls to assist customers back to financial health
- Acting honestly and adhering to compliance and regulations
- Responding to customer queries in an empathetic and professional manner
- Delivering a world class customer experience for every call
- Actively participating in helping your team achieve its goals
About the role:
- 9 month casual contract with the view to transition to permanency
- Full-time hours
- Monday to Saturday rotating roster between 8am-8pm
- Work from home opportunities after 6 months
- Comprehensive 4 week training with ongoing support to help set you up for success!
