Are you a Data Analyst seeking a new opportunity? My client in the Commercial Fit Out sector is looking for a Group Data & Research Analyst to join their expanding team.
In this role, you will play a crucial part in identifying and leveraging market opportunities to support the Client Relation Services team across Australia, New Zealand, and North America.
Key responsibilities include:
- External Data Resource Mining: Focus on lease expiry data, asset directories, company growth data, and other research platforms. Actively seek new data sources to generate leads.
- Market Analysis: Develop and maintain a deep understanding of the market landscape for both the company and its US-based sister company. Help shape the data and research strategy with support from the Director of CRS.
- Lead Generation: Analyze market trends to provide the CRS team with insights and background information, facilitating deal setup and closure. Set up introduction calls and conduct initial research to identify potential clients.
- CRM Support: Maintain and enhance the CRM system, including QA data checks, reports, and insight dashboards. Identify areas for improvement and implement process optimizations to support the wider ANZ regional team in achieving strategic goals.
Experience Required:
- Proven experience in data analysis, market research, or a related field.
- Familiarity with CRM systems and processes, including data maintenance and quality assurance.
- Previous experience in the commercial property/real estate industry.
- Strong analytical, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy in data handling.
- Ability to interpret complex data sets and translate findings into actionable insights.
- Proactive in seeking out new data sources and working independently.
- Adaptable and open to learning new tools and methodologies.
- Committed to continuous improvement and innovation in data processes.
- Able to maintain confidentiality and handle market-sensitive information.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead Generation (Prospecting): Generate leads through research platforms like Arealytics, Property Daily, Corelogic, and other methods. Find new data sources to enhance the lead generation strategy and maintain pipeline health.
- Calling Lists & Meetings: Create tailored outbound lists and deliver relevant information to the CRS team, addressing potential clients' needs.
- Data Management: Maintain data integrity and CRM system administration, ensuring data accuracy and facilitating effective lead generation.
- Systems & Process Improvement: Assess and optimize current workflows and data management systems. Introduce innovative solutions to streamline operations and improve data precision.
- Connection to Market Industry Bodies: Stay updated with industry news and insights, actively engage with market industry bodies, and provide valuable information to the CRS team.
- Reporting and Insights: Prepare monthly and quarterly reports on sales metrics and revenue trends, aiding in performance tracking and strategy improvement.
- Project and Post-Project Data Analysis: Gather and analyze project-related metrics to identify trends and opportunities for refining sales strategies.
