Randstad is seeking a dedicated and hands-on Grounds & Garden Maintenance Worker to join the Facilities Team at one of our Catholic Colleges, with campuses located in Mount Waverley and Chadstone. This full-time, ongoing position offers the opportunity to play a key role in ensuring the college grounds are maintained to the highest standard.
As a vital member of the Facilities Team, you will work closely with the Facilities Manager to manage and maintain the grounds across both campuses. You will help prepare the outdoor spaces for a variety of student activities, contributing to an environment that supports the College’s values and enhances the student experience.
The role
... - Maintenance of gardens and lawns including mowing,watering, weeding, fertilising (Fertilising application of plants and grassed species) and mulching.
- Manage chemicals to control weed growth.
- Trim hedges and prune shrubs and trees.
- Keep grounds clean and tidy, with particular attention to leaf litter across both campuses.
- Perform line marking of turf grounds for various sports, including mixing different types of marking material

- Current Victorias Drivers Licence
- Chemicals Users is desrieable but not mandatory
