The Graphic Designer will provide design and visual imagery support to the Community Engagement and Marketing Branch, as well as other departments. This role includes creating corporate communication materials, promotional content, and advertisements, while ensuring design quality and brand consistency.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design and create corporate communication materials, promotional materials, and advertisements for various departments.
- Collaborate with the Program Leader - Marketing to assist in marketing campaigns and provide creative input.
- Lead art direction and imagery for special projects.
- Coordinate graphic design needs with Program Leaders for Events, Community Engagement, and Media & Communications.
- Assist with multimedia and audio-visual design requests.
- Communicate effectively with internal and external clients to meet design requirements.
- Handle other duties as assigned by management.
Key Skills and Qualifications:
- Proficiency in graphic design software (Adobe Creative Suite).
- Strong understanding of design principles and typography.
- Ability to handle multiple projects and meet deadlines.
- Experience with multimedia design is a plus.
- Strong communication and organisational skills.
