Key Capabilities
- Organising, scheduling, and coordinating travel arrangements, accommodation and supporting documentation.
- Coordinating meetings with internal and external stakeholders.
- Undertaking less complex research for the branch.
- Assisting with administrative tasks.
- Undertaking filing and records management functions ensuring records are in accordance with departmental policy.
About you:
- Strong written and oral communication skills and the ability to build productive working relationships.
- Organised, adaptable to change; the ability to prioritise, multi-task and display a high level of accuracy and attention to detail.
- Strong problem solving skills, quick to provide resolution and demonstrated ability to achieve results in a busy, fast paced environment.
- Experience with CTM and Sap Concur is highly regarded.
