Key Responsibilities:
- Adhere to strict safety protocols to ensure a secure work environment
- Maintain a clean and organised work space
- Assist in producing and/or batching concrete elements
- Perform manual lifting and carrying of heavy materials
- Operate hand and power tools with safety and efficiency
- Follow supervisor instructions and contribute to a collaborative team effort
What We’re Looking For:
- Previous experience in a general labouring role is a plus but not required
- Ability to handle physically demanding tasks
- Basic understanding of construction site operations and safety
- Strong work ethic with reliability and punctuality
- Team player with the ability to follow instructions
- Preferred: White Card (Construction Induction Card), valid driver’s license, and forklift ticket (but not mandatory)
- Valid Australian working right
- Willingness to undergo a pre-employment medical and drug & alcohol test
