Randstad are seeking a passionate and skilled Gardener/Horticulturalist to join our supportive and respectful team in Springvale. This permanent role offers an opportunity to work in a unique and meaningful environment, helping maintain serene and beautiful spaces for our visitors.
Key Responsibilities:
- Support and assist with grave digging operations.
- Perform a variety of horticultural tasks:
- Lawn mowing, brush cutting, edging, and general garden maintenance.
- Pruning roses and shrubs in line with maintenance schedules.
- Ride-on mowing of grounds.
- Plant and maintain annual flower beds.
- Apply herbicides/insecticides as required.
- Maintain plaques and other garden features.
What We’re Looking For:
- Certificate III in Horticulture (essential).
- MR license (preferred).
- Experience operating mobile plant equipment (preferred).
- A passion for working with people and flexibility in day-to-day tasks.
- Empathy, teamwork, and respect for colleagues and visitors.
