About the Role:
As part of our dedicated team, you’ll help maintain beautiful and tranquil grounds while assisting with a variety of labour-intensive tasks. If you value working outdoors and being part of a supportive, close-knit group, this is the role for you.

- Digging the graves for burials, need to have strong safety focus, experience around machinery and cranes,
- Happy to dig holes with shovels.
- Care for the grounds through mowing, pruning, weeding, fertilising, mulching, and planting.
- Operate tools and equipment, including mowers, brush cutters, and small trucks.
- Handle general labour tasks with care and precision.
- Respond professionally to customer inquiries and public requests.
- Uphold safety standards and adhere to work schedules.
About You:
- Hold a current Victorian driver’s license (manual preferred).
- Certificate III in Horticulture (essential)
- Mobile plant operating tickets preferred
- Be physically fit
- Confident and safe use of gardening tools and machinery.
- Team player with a positive attitude and the ability to follow instructions.
- Reliable, hardworking, and comfortable working outdoors in all weather conditions.
