What will you do?
- Drive the integration and enhancement of Generative AI capabilities within pharmaceutical operations.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and deploy automation models for drug discovery, patient engagement, and personalized medicine initiatives.
- Work with Big Data technologies, Azure, Snowflake, and Tableau
- Develop and fine-tune AI models to enhance efficiency and innovation in pharmaceutical processes.
- Ensure all AI and automation solutions meet industry standards, regulatory requirements, and organisational goals.
- Lead the design and implementation of advanced AI solutions to streamline work-flows and reduce manual efforts.
What will you bring?
- A strong understanding of Generative AI concepts, frameworks (e.g., GPT models, Transformer architectures), and tools.
- Experience with Big Data ecosystems, cloud platforms (e.g., Azure), and data visualisation tools like Tableau.
- A proven track record of implementing automation and developing automation models to optimise processes.
- Strong programming skills in Python, TensorFlow, PyTorch, or other relevant tools.
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical abilities, with a focus on delivering practical and impactful AI solutions.
- The ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams and communicate technical ideas effectively.
