About the Job:
You’ll be involved in a variety of outdoor tasks, from maintaining the grounds to helping with labour intensive roles. If you enjoy working outdoors and are keen to be part of a close-knit team, this could be the perfect job for you.
Key Responsibilities:
Help with gardening tasks such as mowing, pruning, weeding, fertilising, mulching, and planting.
Operate gardening tools and equipment, including mowers, brush cutters, and small trucks.
Help with seasonal planting and landscaping projects.
Assist with general labouring tasks.
Respond to customer requests and general public inquiries.
Follow safety standards and work schedules.
About You:
- Must have a current Victorian driver’s licence (manual preferred).
- Certificate III in Horticulture or similar experience is a plus.
- Comfortable using gardening tools and machinery safely.
- Ability to work well in a team and follow instructions.
- Hardworking, reliable, and enjoy working outdoors.
