About the Role:
We are seeking a physically fit and enthusiastic Gardener / Maintenance person to join our team in maintaining beautiful and safe outdoor spaces for our aged care client. You will be responsible for a variety of gardening and maintenance tasks, including:
- General garden maintenance (weeding, pruning, trimming, etc.)
- Maintaining paved areas and paths
- Using hand tools and power equipment (e.g., line trimmers, pole saws)
- Minor irrigation repairs
- Keeping outdoor areas clean and tidy
Requirements:
- Valid driver's license
- Ability to perform physically demanding tasks
- Experience with garden maintenance and basic repairs
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Commitment to safety and following instructions
