My client is a NSW Government Agency who is currently undertaking an organisation wide digital transformation and require the expertise of a Functional Developer with a proven track record designing and developing solutions specifically across large Dynamics 365 CE environnments.
The successful incumbent will be a talented Dynamics 365 CE expert who has a passion for driving projects to successful completion. The ideal candidate will have pragmatic problem solving skills, strong communication abilities and work well in a team environment
Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with clients to gather and document business requirements.
- Design, develop, and configure Dynamics 365 CE and Power Platform solutions to meet client needs.
- Troubleshoot and rectify support requests for the Complaints Management function
- Facilitate workshops, demonstrations, and end-user training sessions.
- Create comprehensive functional specifications and coordinate with the technical team for customizations.
- Provide post-implementation support and guidance to ensure optimal use of the solution.
Requirements:
- A minimum of 4+ years of proven, hands-on experience in developing, customising, and implementing Microsoft Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement (CE) Online, with a focus on Case Management.
- Strong understanding of CRM processes, workflows, and Power Platform capabilities.
- Proficiency in development tools, including C#.NET, JavaScript, Portal Liquid, and .NET Plugin for custom development.
- Hands-on experience with Power Platform components such as Power Apps, Power Pages, Power Automate, and Power BI.
- Excellent communication, problem-solving, and documentation skills.
- Familiarity with creating technical and process documentation while sharing knowledge with team members.
- Microsoft Dynamics 365 and Power Platform certifications are a plus.
