My client is a NSW Government Agency who is currently undertaking an organisation wide digital transformation and require the expertise of a Functional Consultant with a proven track record implementing complex CRM solutions, more specifically across large Dynamics 365 CE and Power Plaftorm environnments.

Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with clients to gather and document business requirements.
- Design and configure Dynamics 365 CE and Power Platform solutions to meet client needs.
- Conduct workshops, demonstrations, and training sessions with end-users.
- Create functional specifications and liaise with the technical team for customizations.
- Provide post-implementation support and guidance to ensure optimal use of the solution.
Requirements:
- 5+ years of experience as a Functional Consultant with Dynamics 365 CE and Power Platform.
- Strong understanding of CRM processes, workflows, and Power Platform capabilities.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
- Microsoft Dynamics 365 and Power Platform certifications are a plus.
