About the Role:
As a Food Service Attendant, you will play a key role in supporting the health and wellbeing of residents by assisting with meal preparation, serving meals, and ensuring a clean and welcoming dining environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Assist in preparing and serving meals to residents
Deliver exceptional customer service with a friendly and compassionate approach
Maintain cleanliness and hygiene standards in the kitchen and dining areas
Follow dietary requirements and food safety guidelines
Collaborate with the care team to enhance the dining experience for residents
What We're Looking For:
Previous experience in food service, hospitality, or aged care (preferred but not essential)
A passion for working with older adults and making a positive impact
Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
Excellent communication and customer service skills
Knowledge of food safety standards
Requirements:
Current Police Check (or willingness to obtain)
Evidence of COVID-19 and Flu vaccinations (or willingness to obtain)
Australian working rights
