• Lead budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning, ensuring accuracy and strategic alignment across business units.
• Cash flow forecasting, variance analysis, and risk identification to support financial stability.
• Enhance financial models, reporting processes, and system efficiencies.
• Partner with senior leaders and operational teams to provide commercial support, analyse costs and margins, and enhance business performance.
• Utilise Power BI and analytical tools for financial modeling, trend analysis, and KPI tracking to drive informed decision-making.
• Develop and maintain key financial reports, dashboards, and statutory/shareholder reporting while ensuring compliance obligations are met.
• Work closely with international teams and senior stakeholders to provide commercial support.

• CPA/CA qualification or equivalent coupled with 4+ years industry experience in financial planning, reporting, and analysis within a corporate environment.
• A proactive and strategic mindset, with the ability to translate complex data into meaningful insights.
• Strong knowledge of accounting standards, financial controls, and governance.
• Advanced Excel skills and experience working with Power BI, SAP, and BPC.
• A proactive mindset with the ability to work autonomously and manage competing priorities.
• Energy sector experience is highly desirable.
• Proficient in Mandarin (business standard) would be looked upon favourably.
