• Location: Parramatta
• Employment Type: 12 month contract
• Rate: $36.77 per hour plus super
• Days: Monday - Friday (8am - 8pm)
• Experience: Contact Centre or Customer Service experience is a must! Hardship or Collections experience is preferred but not essential!

Your new role

Some of your responsibilities within a contact centre environment will include:

• Inbound and outbound calls
• Portfolio management
• Customer-focussed collection calls to obtain arrangements
• Assessing hardship applications
• Using your negotiation skills to provide solutions to hardship accounts
• Ability to manage high-volume collection cases

• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Contact centre
• Relationship management skills
• Self / time management skills
• Strong attention to detail skills
• Flexibility and availability for shift work
