Key Responsibilities:
Financial Analysis & Reporting: Provide clear, data-driven financial insights to support strategic decision-making.
Audit & Compliance: Conduct financial audits and ensure adherence to public sector financial frameworks and auditing standards.
Budget Management: Prepare, monitor, and manage budgets with precision and transparency.
Risk Assessment: Identify financial risks and develop strategies to mitigate them.
Stakeholder Engagement: Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to ensure financial best practices.
Process Improvement: Develop and implement innovative financial processes to enhance efficiency.
About You:
Proven experience in financial analysis, with a strong emphasis on auditing.
Familiarity with public sector financial regulations.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Proficient in financial systems and reporting tools.
An effective communicator and collaborator.
CPA, CA, or equivalent qualification preferred.
