This is a fantastic opportunity to play a key role in financial reporting, compliance, and business support within a dynamic and fast-paced environment.
Based in Rydalmere, you will oversee financial reporting, balance sheet reconciliations, and factory/OEM reporting while ensuring compliance with internal and statutory policies. You will also collaborate closely with key stakeholders to drive process improvements and provide accurate, timely financial information.

Key Responsibilities
- Financial & Management Reporting - Deliver accurate and timely monthly financial reports, including factory/OEM reporting, ensuring compliance with deadlines and internal standards.
- Balance Sheet Reconciliations - Complete monthly reconciliations, investigate discrepancies, and take ownership of resolving outstanding items promptly.
- Factory/OEM Reporting - Ensure accurate and timely submission of factory/OEM reports, adhering to required deadlines and allocation standards.
- Business Partnering - Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Retail Sales, Parts & Service, Finance) to provide financial insights and resolve business issues effectively.
- Problem-Solving & Process Improvement - Identify process inefficiencies, recommend solutions, and drive continuous improvement in financial operations and reporting processes.
- Compliance & Controls - Ensure compliance with internal policies, statutory regulations, and audit requirements, maintaining accurate financial documentation.
- ERP & System Management - Utilise Pentana and advanced Excel skills to manage financial data, improve reporting efficiency, and ensure data accuracy.
- Ad-Hoc Support - Provide ad-hoc support for financial projects and reporting tasks, as well as assist management with any additional requirements.
About You
- Tertiary qualification in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- CA/CPA qualified or working towards completion.
- Strong technical accounting knowledge with hands-on experience in financial reporting, reconciliations, and compliance.
- Detail-oriented with a problem-solving mindset - able to identify issues, suggest solutions, and drive process improvements.
- Strong stakeholder engagement skills - confident in working with teams across the business to resolve financial issues.
- Experience with Pentana or similar ERP systems.
- Advanced Excel skills, with the ability to analyse and interpret financial data.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities while maintaining accuracy and meeting deadlines.
