This position is responsible for managing the financial operations of the organization. This role will ensure compliance with financial regulations, maintain accurate financial records, and provide support in financial decision-making to enhance the organization’s ability to deliver services to its members and community. about the manager/team
This role is a newly-created permanent headcount and would report to the Finance Manager. There is planned career progression and future leadership responsibility for a team of 3 Finance Officers (AP, AR and payroll).
skills & requirements for the job
You must possess a Bachelor’s degree in accounting or related field, within minimum 5 years of experience in financial accounting, in the commercial sector. You should be highly skilled in MS Excel, with a high attention to detail plus strong analytical and problem-solving abilities. In addition, you should possess strong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to present financial information to non-financial stakeholders.
