• Lead projects for the development and implementation of new systems and reporting modules
• Identify opportunities for optimisation of existing Technology One modules and accounting processes, driving efficiency, innovation, and continuous improvement.
• Conduct business requirements gathering for future phases of Technology One development, system development, and end-user training to maximise system potential and user adoption.
• Design, develop, and maintain BI dashboards and reports, delivering actionable insights and data to support informed decision-making.
• Resolve system issues across architecture, reporting, and workflows, ensuring smooth operations and minimal disruption.
• Prepare quality and meaningful documentation where required, maintaining accurate records and facilitating effective communication.
• Provide expert functional support for the Technology One finance system, ensuring optimal performance and reliability.

What You’ll Bring:

• Extensive knowledge and experience in implementing & working with Technology One (TechOne) systems.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to collate and analyse complex data.
• Experience in leading projects and driving process improvements
• Ability to understand and improve accounting processes.
• Experience in hosting requirements-gathering exercises and delivering formal training sessions (desirable).
