Finance Manager – Heavy Industry
An established company in the heavy industry sector is seeking a Finance Manager to join their team in Toowoomba. Reporting directly to the CFO, this role will oversee financial operations for two entities and manage a team of two direct reports—a Senior Accountant and a Financial Accountant.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee cash flow forecasting, budgeting, and financial reporting
- Manage month-end and year-end processes
- Provide financial insights to support strategic decision-making
- Ensure compliance with financial regulations and company policies
- Lead and mentor the finance team
