Our client, a prestigious member of the Big 4 banks, is in search of an exceptionally skilled and driven Finance Manager who possesses a demonstrated history of excellence in financial leadership, business partnering, and sophisticated financial modelling.
About the Opportunity
As the Finance Manager, you'll report directly to the Head of Division. You will embody exceptional leadership capabilities and play a pivotal role in driving financial strategy and performance, utilising cutting-edge tools like PowerBI to deliver insightful analysis and decision support.

- Lead and manage the financial planning, analysis, and reporting functions
- Develop and implement robust financial models to support business decision-making
- Partner with various business units to provide financial insights and strategic guidance
- Utilise PowerBI to create dynamic, data-driven reports and dashboards
- Oversee budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis processes
- Ensure compliance with financial regulations and internal policies
- Mentor and develop a team of finance professionals, fostering a culture of excellence and continuous improvement
- Collaborate with senior management to drive financial performance and achieve business objectives
Ideal Profile
- You will be CA/CPA qualified coupled with 8+ years experience in a finance manager, business partner or similar
- Strong leadership capabilities with a proven ability to manage and develop high-performing teams
- Exceptional communication and presentation skills, with the ability to influence and build relationships at all levels
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex financial data and provide actionable insights
- Proficiency in financial modelling, forecasting, and financial analysis tools. Advanced Excel skills and PowerBI.
- Deep knowledge of financial regulations and compliance standards.
