My Client is seeking an experienced Finance Manager to oversee financial operations and support their projects. They are a well-established construction company experiencing rapid growth, and they are looking for someone with experience in a similar role and a proven track record of success.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage project finances, ensuring accurate tracking and reporting.
- Handle reconciliations, accounts payable (AP), and accounts receivable (AR) processes.
- Oversee payroll and employment-related details, including compliance with Superannuation (Supe) and Long Service Leave (LSL) regulations.
- Collaborate with project teams to ensure financial efficiency and accountability.
- Utilize strong phone and communication skills to liaise with internal and external stakeholders.
To be successful you will need:
- Proven experience in accounting or financial management, preferably in the construction industry.
- Expertise in reconciliations, AP, AR, payroll, and compliance.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Excellent phone and interpersonal communication abilities.
- Ability to work collaboratively and independently to meet deadlines.
