They are a well-established construction company experiencing rapid growth, and they are looking for someone with experience in a similar role and a proven track record of success.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage project finances, ensuring accurate tracking and reporting.
• Handle reconciliations, accounts payable (AP), and accounts receivable (AR) processes.
• Oversee payroll and employment-related details, including compliance with Superannuation (Supe) and Long Service Leave (LSL) regulations.
• Collaborate with project teams to ensure financial efficiency and accountability.
• Utilize strong phone and communication skills to liaise with internal and external stakeholders.

To be successful you will need:

• Proven experience in accounting or financial management, preferably in the construction industry.
• Expertise in reconciliations, AP, AR, payroll, and compliance.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Excellent phone and interpersonal communication abilities.
• Ability to work collaboratively and independently to meet deadlines.
