about the job
This 3 month contract role, with potential for permanency, is an opportunity for an experienced Finance Manager to take ownership of financial operations and drive improvements. Reporting to the General Manager – Strategy and Finance, you will lead a small finance team while ensuring robust financial controls, accurate reporting, and effective budget management.
Key responsibilities include financial reporting, budgeting, compliance, and payroll oversight, along with identifying and implementing process improvements. The ideal candidate will be comfortable working autonomously, making strategic recommendations, and driving financial initiatives that enhance business performance.
skills & experience
- CA or CPA qualification
- Ability to lead a finance team
- Strong financial reporting, budgeting, and forecasting skills
- Proven ability to improve financial processes and controls
- Experience with financial systems and CRM platforms
- Analytical skills with attention to detail
