Seeking a Finance Clerk on an initial 2 month contract with potential to extend.
Responsibilities:
- Full function Accounts Payable including managing monthly payment runs
- Processing refunds of any overpaid fees
- Assisting with reporting
- Maintaining accounting records
- Responding to customer enquiries
- Any ad hoc duties as required
What you will need:
- Previous experience in a similar role
- Relevant degree/qualification in Accounting or Business
- Working experience with Technology One
- Experience within Early Education/Childcare industry is preferred
- High volume processing experience
- Excellent communication skills both written and verbal
