We are seeking a skilled Finance Administrator to join a dynamic team on a major construction project. This is a full-time role based at the project site in Helensvale, working closely with a collaborative team of professionals.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist with the finance and administration tasks on-site for the project.
- Manage accounts payable processes and handle data entry efficiently.
- Maintain a high-volume inbox and manage financial documentation.
- Ensure accuracy and attention to detail in all financial transactions.
Requirements:
- A degree in finance, business, or a related field.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in Accounts Payable.
- Strong data entry skills and excellent attention to detail.
- Experience in managing a busy inbox and handling multiple tasks.
- Familiarity with JDE software is a plus.
