We are seeking a driven Field Sales Representative for a blue chip FMCG brand to manage a highly profitable territory in the Northern Suburbs of Brisbane.
You will play a crucial role in executing company strategies with local retailers, contributing to their growth and success.
Role Overview:
- Serve as the primary representative of the brand in your territory.
- Achieve state targets by strategically utilizing resources and applying ROI principles.
- Develop and sustain strong relationships with key customers to drive mutual commercial success.
- Leverage data-driven insights to create and implement competitive strategies in a dynamic market.
Qualifications:
- 1-2 years experience in sales or marketing (FMCG experience preferred).
- Strong relationship-building skills and a passion for engaging with clients.
- Proficient in strategic problem-solving and enjoys tackling challenges.
- A degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field is advantageous.
- Must hold a full Australian Driver's License.
