This full-time, permanent role offers Monday-to-Friday hours with flexible start and finish times. On offer is an attractive salary package of up to $135000 - $145000 base + superannuation and benefits. About the Role:
As Facility Manager, you’ll lead a multidisciplinary team to deliver high-quality clinical care for residents while driving strong operational performance. You’ll ensure compliance with the latest Aged Care Standards and align operations with the organisation’s strategic goals.

- Registered Nurse with AHPRA registration.
- Minimum 5 years’ experience in aged care management.
- Proven leadership and operational management skills.
- Current Police Clearance.
- Valid driver’s license.
