Your New Role
Facilities Officer is responsible for ensuring the safety of all staff and uninterrupted operation of client buildings and assets.

FM provide end to end property and facilities management services, including asset management, environmental services,
projects, minor works, HSSE Q&R, procurement and administration management and compliance to a nominated Client portfolio, ensuring maximum customer satisfaction at all times.
This role will be responsible for the Coordination and Service Delivery of planned maintenance, capital and minor works across a dedicated client portfolio.
Your Responsibilities:
• Coordination and understanding of the minor and capital works program for minor works, this includesscrutinising the scope of work to accurately describing the proposed work and benefits, risks and budget costs• Work within budgets and effectively assist in future forecasting• Assist in project review and annual planning and forecasting process, in addition to the quarterly schedule development, review, business endorsement and approval• Providing support to the Facilities Lead on all issues relating to reporting, minor works and projects• Provide advice and support to facilitate and develop a working relationship to ensure the service is delivered in a collaborative manner• Implement procurement strategies and source suitable suppliers to support program delivery• Control induction and supervision of subcontractors and third party’s for the delivery of all works and projects• Manage risk associated with project delivery and also environmental sustainability standards and initiatives are carried out as per legislate or regulatory compliance• Develop and promote (with HSSE team) actively OHS performance within delivery of the program• Provide advice and support to client key stakeholders, facilitate and develop a working relationship to ensure the service is delivered in a collaborative manner
