Your New Role
As the Facilities Coordinator, you’ll be the go-to person for keeping the office environment safe, organised, and running efficiently. You’ll handle facilities management, office coordination, and purchasing, while managing a small team of 2.
Your New Responsibilities
- Help manage office facilities and ensure a safe workspace
- Build relationships with suppliers for purchasing and office needs
- Assist with maintenance schedules and work with landlords and contractors
- Support a positive workplace culture and employee needs
- Help with office logistics, including travel bookings and supplies
- Contribute to smooth office operations and organisation

About You
- Previous experience as a Facilities Coordinator, Workplace Coordinator, Business Services Coordinator, Office Coordinator, Facilities Manager, Office Manager, Workplace Manager etc.
- Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
- Great communication skills and confidence working with different stakeholders
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook)
