Randstad Recruitment has partnered with a property developer for the recruitment of a Facilities Coordinator at one of their mixed used developments in the east of Melbourne.
The mixed use development consists of residential towers, a hotel, retail precinct and office space. It is a vibrant community, with a diverse offering attracting people from all around Melbourne.
As the Facilities Coordinator your responsibilities will include:
- Work closely with the organisations Operations Manager to assist with administration tasks, work orders and contractor management.
- Have the ability to build strong stakeholder relationships with a diverse range of tenants. Ensuring tenants feel comfortable, and confident to approach you with any questions or queries.
- Oversee the maintenance and cleaning of the shopping centre.
- Review security reports, FOB access, incident reports & building reports.
- Strong time management skills, having the ability to manage multiple tasks in an organised manner.
