This hands-on role involves overseeing building services, security and cleaning operations, contractor management, and compliance monitoring, ensuring the property operates efficiently and meets all regulatory standards.
Key Responsibilities:
✅ Facilities Operations & Contractor Management – Coordinate maintenance and servicing for security, cleaning, and essential building systems.
✅ Security & Compliance Oversight – Review incident reports, manage FOB access, CCTV footage requests, and ensure safety protocols are upheld.
✅ Building Inspections & Asset Maintenance – Conduct regular property inspections, manage key registers, and maintain high presentation standards.
✅ Car Park & Access Control – Manage car park operations, troubleshoot equipment issues, and oversee access control systems.
✅ Budget & Reporting – Assist in preparing financial forecasts and ensuring cost-effective operations.
✅ Stakeholder & Tenant Engagement – Build strong relationships with contractors, service providers, and on-site representatives.
About You:
✔️ 1-2 years of experience in a retail or commercial facilities role.
✔️ Strong understanding of building services, contractor coordination, and compliance requirements.
✔️ Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills with a customer-first mindset.
✔️ Proven problem-solving abilities and the initiative to resolve issues independently.
✔️ Ability to prioritise tasks, manage multiple deadlines, and maintain high-quality standards.
✔️ Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Office 365 and database management.
