The Facilities Compliance Manager will be responsbile for providing a sustainable, compliant, safe, fit-for-purpose facilitiy experience across Sydney and Regional NSW. You will work closely with a range of outsourced providers to achieve the provision of facility compliance for the property portfolio.
Key Responsibilities

- Provide effective management to the Facility Compliance team to deliver an excellent standard of facility compliance, a best-in-class standard of sustainability and workplace experience across the portfolio
- Build strong relationships with the outsourced providers, integrating their staff into the Facility Compliance team
- Manage the state wide delivery of Annual Fire Safety Statement program, Statutory Asset Compliance, Facility Safety System Compliance, HazMat & Land Contamination programs, provision of First Aid, Fire Warden & Evacuation Services
- Lead the development of a long-term state-wide sustainability vision, developing robust business cases, plan and operating principles, developing practical solution-based strategies and procedures
- Build strong relationships with the Health & Safety team to facilitate training and implementation of safety policies
- Manage the Facility Compliance budget for nominated properties, ensuring it aligns with priorities outlined in asset planning
Key Requirements
- Tertiary qualifications in Facilities Management, Health and Safety, Sustaibility and/or a demonstrated industry experience across large and complex Commercial and/or Industrial property portfolios.
- Demonstrated experience in managing Facility Management sustainability and asset compliance services across large and complex commercial and industrial property portfolios
- Demonstrated knowledge of statutory legislation and obligations imposing or affecting operations and building services
- Sound knowledge of the Building Code of Australia for essential services and safety, and knowledge of emergency procedures for low and high-rise buildings
- Demonstrated ability to manage a high performing, customer centric team across multiple sites
