HR Partners by Randstad has an opportunity for a Learning and Development professional to join our client site in Brisbane’s Eastern suburbs. This role is an immediate Start until June 2025 and paying $42+ per hour. In this role you will assist with the facilitation and training of individuals in various levels and positions of the organisation and provide both face to face and virtual training.

About the role:
Lead the design, development and delivery of an Asset Management Training plan, initiatives and programs. Working with the Learning and Development team, and external contacts, implement training packages incorporating. This role will see you training individuals in how to use the asset maintenance system, through both face to face and virtual learning sessions. This will include:
- Asset Management Culture
- Suite of Assetic Functionality packages
- Plan, design, develop content and coordinate the development and implementation of Asset Management Digital Learning Programs (in conjunction with Digital Learning Officer) to create a suite of Asset Management eLearning resources.
... About the individual:
- Confident individual able to clearly communicate the learning objectives.
- Prior experience in a facilitation role and happy to work in a role with a large amount of facilitation and learning delivery.
- Able to engage individuals and excite them about their learning journey.
- Expert communication skills both written and verbal.
- No prior experience and knowledge with asset management or the asset management system is required, however facilitation experience in a learning and development environment is required.
- Ability to pick up new information and systems quickly as well as technical information and provide this information to individuals at any easy to understand level.
- Considerable workplace experience in the facilitation of a variety of organisational learning and development programs, preferably in a large, multi-disciplinary organisation.
- Experience completing training needs assessments.
- Demonstrated achievement in researching, designing, developing and analysing a range of learning organisational development programs and/or learning needs (preferably in Asset Management) including technical knowledge of adult learning principles, best practice facilitation techniques and group processes.
